Think of a time when you recieved amazing service. Maybe it was at a resturant or in a store. What made this experince amazing and why did you remember it?
Now think of a time when you received poor service. What made this experience so bad? Did you purchase a product after this experince and are you likely to return?
The answer is that after receiving poor service we are unlikely to give our custom time and time again.
Think about what they could have done to improve your experience and make it into an amazing customer service experience.
