Absent. Lynn shared an update from Equiscribe, the AWS email service merge has been complete, and Matt says we are set to switch to Sengrid this weekend and will keep Lynn posted. Champshow. org was down intermittently but is now back up. 2026 qualifications are showing with a 2025 title.
Drills and Squares: Marlys Mooney Absent. Vice-chair Mandy reported that teams have been busy practicing.
Futurity: Kim Ziegler Absent. The invoice from the garlands has been paid.
Historian: Tim Wampfler Absent. Nothing to report.
Judges: Lynn-Ellen St. Martin The committee has been receiving reviews of the current Judge applicant.
Marketing & Promotions: Rachel Duenow The July spotlight has been sent out, and the Champ Show Special Edition spotlight will go out July 15.
Nominating: Ann Goebel Absent. Nothing new to report.
Procedures: Sara Schwartz
The Board Member procedure has been updated to include current policy. Ranch classes have been added to the points tabulation procedure, since they are now qualifying classes. The class list for Points tabulation is to be reviewed and approved annually by the July board meeting.
A motion was made by Julie Gintner, seconded by Dustin Heck, to approve the 2026 Point Tabulation class list, with the addition of Ranch Pleasure and Ranch Riding. Motion passed unanimously.
Publicity: Lori Taylor
The court shared that their show went well, and they had a good turnout. The court has some extra ribbons that they plan to give out at Special Olympics. Hilary had the opportunity to judge a 4H show. At a 4H clinic, Kristi was asked to be the keynote speaker, and Hilary served as a clinician.
Royalty: Bridget Behrns
Hilary Vetse reported that the committee has been attending a couple clinics, and that Hilary had the opportunity to judge the royalty clinic for Golden Rose Saddle Club. The court has also been busy showing the last month.
Rulebook: Annie Mickelson
Absent. 2 rulebooks have been mailed out. Safety Committee: Corey Swartout
Absent. Nothing to report. Scholarship: Julie Gintner
Julie is waiting for tabulations from the judges and will bring recommendations to the August meeting.
