Employment prospects include:
As with all Sciences, in Physics you will get to learn and develop key skills for living
and working including practical skills, thinking skills and organisational skills. You will
also get the opportunity to develop your literacy and numeracy skills in a different
context in Physics. All of these are key skills employers are looking for.
Is it for me?
Physics is the study of energy, forces, mechanics and
waves; everything from the very small (atomic structure)
to the very large (the Universe).
If you want to explore the laws of nature, get hands on,
finding how and why objects travel and accelerate,
and enjoy finding out about the Universe, then Physics is
for you.
What will I learn? You will develop skills and knowledge in:
