There are multiple places you can get a sports physical at . Most will go to their regular doctor ’ s office , since your normal doctor knows you and your health history best . Some will get their ’ s at school . During school physicals , you may got to “ stations ” set up in the gym , with each one being staffed by a medicial professional who does a specific part of the physical exam .
Make sure to schedule your sports physical at least six weeks before your particular sports season begins . If your doctor happens to find an issue during the physical , this should leave enough time to conduct further tests and discuss a treatment plan with your doctor .
