COMPETITORS - Many competitors amongst brands means people can make shopping on Oxford Street

SUITABILITY OF SITE - Central London attracts many people, big retail spaces suitable for large stores or department stores

FOOTFALL - Large footfall due to many attractions in central as well as millions of people living and working in London and the easy access to the street
