To the unaided eye, a Bee wing looks clear and smooth. Through a microscope this all changes. This picture of a Bee wing shows the microscopic hair that covers both the front and back of the wings. Another prominent feature of this wing is the "spikes" on the side of the wing.
Copernicus Crater, arguably the most famous lunar crater, is about 58 miles in diameter. This makes the area of the crater roughly 2640 square miles. For a size reference, Delaware is only 2490 square miles.
