Increasing Sustainable Consumption using Voluntary Hostage Posting This research project investigates how voluntary hostage posting can act as a marketing-based intervention to promote eco-friendly behaviors and more sustainable consumption . The study bridges the literature on hostage posting , perceived trust , and environmental sustainability and has relevance to promoting sustainable consumption and businesses . Overcoming cognitive frailty among older adults through mobility solutions for seamless and sustainable ageing The AGELESS program seeks to tackle various aspects of cognitive frailty , including early detection through big data analysis , addressing societal and caregiver burdens , investigating the gut-brain axis , and assessing mobility challenges related to cognitive frailty . Globally , the AGELESS program is aligned with the World-Wide FINGER network ’ s efforts to implement secondary prevention interventions for cognitive frailty . Specifically , the mobility component of the program aims to evaluate the impact of cognitive frailty on mobility and explore technological solutions to enhance mobility . Technological adoption of IR 4.0 practices in biogas production This research initiative on optimising biogas production from palm oil mill effluent ( POME ) using Industry Revolution 4.0 technologies , aims to position biogas as a higher-value renewable energy source in Malaysia . It investigates consumers ’ intentions to adopt renewable energy products , including biogas , focusing on socio-psychological motivations . Data collection involved an online questionnaire , yielding 435 responses , analyzed using structural equation modeling . The study examines variables such as consumers ’ green values , trust , social norms , and perceived behavioral controls to understand their behavior towards renewable energy adoption .
