8T have got settled and are working hard in their form-time with lots of extra independent reading,
literacy and numeracy work. They are focussed and determined to get the most out of this year.
Here is a lowdown on what they have been up to in a few of their favourite subjects:
In ICT, Harry Simpson wrote with enthusiasm that they have been learning about milestones which are an
important timeline in ICT. They have also been looking at apps and computer game programming as part
of the new syllabus for this subject and Harry and the others in 8T have been producing their own games.
Jack Wright put forward a piece on PE and commented that he has been enjoying rugby and football with
all of the defending in football, and passing and tackling in rugby and said that the form really enjoyed
