YM: Do your restaurant have music entertainment?

AR: It has music every Friday Night. We have

a wide variety of bands that play twice a month.

We have Jazz, R&B, Reggae bands, Violinist, and

Saxophonist.

YM: What is your top dinner requested in your

restaurant and What's so special about this wonderful dish?

AR: Our top two sellers are our Coconut and Almond crusted Salmon and our Pistachio Crusted Lamb Chops, These two dishes truly represents our unique Euro soul flavors.

YM: When eating a Sirloin steak normal one may quest to have a nice glass of wine with their meal. What is your top shelf wine list is in a restaurant that you may present to your customer?

AR: Of course, we are equipped with all the usual top to shelve red wine selection to be paired with our Ras Al Hannout Ribe Eyed Steak on our menu. We try to stock unique wines** You have to excuse me on this question. I do not drink and my husband handles all the Bar

YM: What is the most profound word of greatness that you've heard from your customers about how much they love your food? Give us several testimonies that have been mentioned?

AR: Customers are consistently talking about the decor, " When I step in here I feel transformed into a 5-star resort restaurant". Some say " I feel so relaxed in here I don't want to leave !". Another common reaction is " This is a hidden Gem!''

In regard to the food, Pulse Magazine named our Fig Wings as 18 things you must try. One customer wrote on his feedback form that if he was on Death Row his last meal would have to be our Lamb Steaks. Our Coconut & Almond Crusted Salmon was named the best salmon meal in South East Queens. Councilman Donovan Richards recently named Pa-Nash the best restaurant he has ever eaten at in Queens.

AR: It is so important to give back to our community

as a business owner. What have you done as a business

owner in New York? I absolutely believe in giving back.

As stated in my brief Bio. I have done community health

fairs, Holiday feedings at a Homeless shelter and Senior

Centers. My most recent give back is the creation of

Alexander. YES, non-profit which seeks to provide youths

in the community with enrichment programs, internships,

scholarships and mentorship.
