YM: With owning a restaurant do you ever give a

culinary student an internship at your restaurant

AR: We have had a few culinary students do

their internship and Externship at PaNash and

I encourage the culinary programs in Queens/Li

Community to send their students to PaNash

YM: How long have you been in business? What awards have you won and why?

AR: This organization aims to bring local businesses together to share knowledge and skill set, provide necessary business training and education, address business issues in the community, refer business to each other and the biggest benefit is being able to strengthen the local small businesses so they can give back to the community.

YM: What would you like to inform the public about you and your business etc..?

PaNash vision is to provide healthy and uplifting dining and events experience in an upscale and stylish environment. I want people to know that PaNash could have gone in many other communities but I choose to be in Southeast

Queens because I want to uplift the community

and provide a local option for upscale dining instead

of folks having to go to Manhattan
