ALUMNI NOTES
During the fall, Dr. O’Halloran met with Daniel
Dominguez ’17 at Andover; Liam Carey ’15, Finn Carey ’16,
and Sean O’Reilly ’16 at Brooks in Massachusetts, where he
was joined by Mike Imbelli; Ryan Eastep ’15, Rohan Bhatia ’16,
Ben Doolan ’16, and Spencer Shelton ’17 at Horace Mann;
and Marco de Rossi ’15, Brij Gautam ’16, Tristan
Ryder ’16, Nicholas Worsoe ’16, Clarke Keough ’18, and
Nicholas Petralia ’18 at Loyola, in the city.
Early in the school year, four alumni from the Class of
2018 visited with Dr. O’Halloran and toured their newly
expanded alma mater. Benno Wurts, Jack Kelly, and Grant
Pietri are all at Westminster, and Will Uffelman attends
Pomfret. The alumni had one word to describe the new
school: “Amazing!”
Robert H. Renner ’58 writes, “The first graduating class
of Saint David’s School in 1958, met to celebrate their 60th
reunion with an afternoon luncheon. Ben White, Rory
Murphy, Bill Stevens, Kevin McKiernan and I then toured
the new Graham House building. Next, the alumni joined
with the Student Council Officers to pose with the Drama
Key for the front cover of the Saint David’s Magazine.
Later, we attended a reception and met with Headmaster
David O’Halloran.” Bob and his wife Joan toured Southeast
Asia in July on the cruise ship Diamond Princess. They
visited Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. “Memorable places
we visited were the cities of Taipei, Pusan, Tokyo and the
devastated city of Hiroshima.”
