These activities required a tremendous amount of planning and this real-world learning will serve these students well as they become our next community leaders. To the students: Thank you for making a difference for children and youth in our community. Well done! SLC Dream – An opportunity for all students to realize that they are capable of post-secondary. On February 24th and 25th, the 3rd year Child and Youth Worker students welcomed a group of area youth for an event called the "SLC Dream". This project allowed 20 students involved with Pathways to Education, Kingston Community Health Centers, to have the opportunity to prepare and have an understanding of the college experience.
