uring the past year
St. Lawrence College has
gone through a wonderful
journey of engagement, reflection,
and discovery. Together, we have
developed a five-year strategic plan to
help us adapt to the higher education
landscape while continuing to meet the
needs of our students and communities.
Our 2014-2019 Strategic Plan is entitled,
Our Future.

than ten years, we engaged our
College community in a meaningful
conversation about values. Our
values of students first, teamwork,
innovation and integrity will guide
our behavior, decisions and the very
culture of our organization. This will
ultimately determine our success as an
organization and our ability to deliver on
the plan for Our Future.
As we developed our plan over the
past year, we had the most extensive
consultation process in our College’s
