18 H. Community Compliance In the continuing move toward Rosedale homeowners managing their own community, they have accepted operational responsibility for managing major requirements of the Rosedale Master Declaration of CC&R's. This change was enabled by the establishment of two RMHA Committees. 1. Community Advisory Committee The Community Advisory Committee assists Rosedale homeowners to understand the CC&R’s and advise the steps necessary to maintain compliance with the CC&R’s. This committee also provides information on non-compliance issues and corrective action recommendations to the Compliance Committee for its review and action. Landscaping, decorative objects or repairs require prior written approval by the Community Advisory Committee. Site and development plans for improvements and alterations to the exterior of the residence, including but not limited to painting, also require additional approval from the RMHA Architectural Review Committee. 2. Compliance Committee The Compliance Committee determines appropriate steps necessary to address and resolve non-compliance issues in Rosedale as reported by the Community Advisory Committee. The Compliance Committee utilizes information and recommendations received from the Community Advisory Committee, affected homeowners, legal resources, and other appropriate sources. The Compliance Committee also manages the affected homeowner appeal process. Refer to the sub-page “Compliance” on the Rosedale RHC web page for further information regarding processes and contact persons. I.
