4. Vehicles
No part of a vehicle parked in a driveway may extend on or over a sidewalk. No vehicle may be
parked on the street between midnight and 6 a.m. (exceptions: driveway repair or attendees at
a home’s social function). When vehicles are parked on the street, they should not obstruct
access to fire hydrants, driveways or mailboxes or be opposite another vehicle. No commercial
vehicles may be parked in the subdivision unless inside the garage or concealed from public
view. Boats, trailers, campers, vans, motor homes, motorcycles and recreational vehicles may
be parked in the subdivision only while loading or unloading or in a garage or concealed from
public view.
5. Signage
Signs, ornaments and objects of any kind may not be displayed in public view or on any common
area except for a security sign to be located within 10 feet from the home’s entrance. The
Community Advisory Committee must approve any statuary, ornaments or other objects.
6. Animals
Only up to three (3) common house pets are allowed. Pets outside the residence must be kept
on a leash at all times and may not be walked on the golf course. Owners shall promptly
remove their pet’s solid waste and dispose of it properly.
7. Garbage, Recycle Material and Yard Waste
All waste containers must be concealed from public view. Household trash is picked up on
Tuesday and Friday. Recycled materials (paper and cardboard in one container; cans, plastics
and glass bottles in the other) and yard waste are picked up on Wednesday. Yard waste may be
contained in a 32 gallon trash can or a 30 gallon trash bag or tied in bundles no more than four
(4) feet long. If a major holiday occurs on a weekday, collection is delayed by one day for the
remaining days of the week. See the Manatee County handout provided in your Rosedale
Homeowner Welcome Package.
