3. Traffic Rules and Speed Summary
The speed limit on all roads within Rosedale is 25 mph. All vehicles, including golf carts and
bicycles, must come to a complete stop at all stop signs. Drivers of vehicles need to be
considerate of those on golf carts and bicycles.
The RHMA Compliance Committee has established a Rosedale Traffic Monitoring Program.
Its focus is to enhance the Rosedale community’s traffic safety and encourage drivers within
Rosedale to follow posted speed limits and to stop at all stop signs. The Traffic Compliance
Process, regulations and fines can be found at http://rosedalehc.org/ under the Compliance
link.
Walkers and joggers should use available sidewalks. If there is no sidewalk, walk to the left
facing traffic.
Bicyclists should ride as close as practicable to the right-hand edge of the roadway since there
are no bicycle lanes in Rosedale. Persons riding two-abreast on the road should single up and
keep right when they are impeding traffic flow.
