Rosedale Safety and Security 1. Gate Bar Codes for Resident Vehicles A bar code decal can be obtained at the Administrative Office to place on the window of resident vehicles. This will permit automatic access into Rosedale at both security gates when using the right hand lane. There is a small charge for the decals. Details can be found at http://rosedalehc.org/ using the RHC Documents link. 2. Visitors and Vendors The State Route 70 gate house should be notified of the name and approximate arrival time of any visitor or vendor to your home. Each homeowner may provide a list to the Administrative Office (in print or email to [email protected] ) of up to 3 pre-approved visitors or vendors who visit your home on a regular basis, thereby making a phone call to the gate house unnecessary. The gate attendants will provide entrance to the grounds without question for those on the pre-approved list. The gate houses will always allow entry for “Pre-approved Service Suppliers”, e.g. US Postal Service, waste management, select landscape services. Visitors and vendors entering Rosedale must use the left hand entrance gate and provide the attendant with information about who they are visiting. If not on the pre-approved list or there has not been notification in advance, the gate attendant will call the residence to seek permission for entry. If guests of residents stay for several days, a Visitor’s Pass can be obtained from the Rosedale Administrative Office located at the Clubhouse. This pass should be displayed on the dash of their vehicle for quicker access through the visitor side of the gate. Visitors to the golf course, restaurant and model homes are given a dashboard color-coded tag to display while inside the grounds. Cameras at both gates will record the tag number and the facial identification of anyone entering. They also record the tag number of anyone leaving the property.
