In Motion (Seniors)
This fitness class is designed to help seniors and older
adults maintain their strength, balance, coordination and
flexibility while enjoying the benefits of working out in a
group. Exercise can energize mood, relieve stress, help
manage symptoms of illness and pain, and improve your
overall sense of well-being. Stay active and healthy!

Light and Easy Conditioning
This class targets many elements of fitness in just 30
minutes. Hand weights are used for upper body toning.
An aerobic segment provides cardio and fat burning.

mind and condition the total body. Learn the basic series of
movement on which the Pilates method is built, including
concepts of alignment, breath, neutral spine, properly
