Cardio Kickboxing

good time while focusing on endurance, strengthening and toning.

Abdominal Assault

BODYSHRED™ is your chance to engage in high
intensity interval training. This class utilizes Jillian
Michaels’ 3 – 2 – 1 interval approach to exercise
- 3 minutes of weights, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs.
This class will help you to shed fat, define muscle, and
transform your look. Get healthy and get fit with BODYSHRED™.
BODYSHRED™ is taught by Certified Trainer and fitness instructor,
Jannie Owano. The class will begin with a ten minute overview
and question and answer session which will lead directly into the
