WELCOME

Welcome to the autumn edition of Knight Archer Insurance Risk
& Business Magazine. The theme for Knight Archer Insurance in
2016 has been growth and innovation.
After merging with Schultz Gareau Insurance in December of
last year, Knight Archer has continued its growth by acquiring LR
Future Insurance in Yorkton and has most recently completed the
acquisition of Conexus Insurance with its seven locations across
Saskatchewan. In both cases, it was because these companies
share our corporate values that led us to have them join us.
These acquisitions have given Knight Archer a presence in
Saskatchewan’s third largest trading area (Yorkton). Also, it has
brought the total number of our Saskatchewan locations to
fourteen, where we now employ 160 people in the province. Our
strength is definitely the geographic reach and the professionalism
of our people.
Knight Archer has always been at the forefront of innovation
within the insurance brokerage industry. We were among the
first brokerages offering late-night service in Regina, opening on
Sundays, and providing online quoting.
We have three significant innovations that we unveiled in 2016
that demonstrate Knight Archer’s leadership position in the
industry. The first is the rollout of our eBroker online platform
with mobile apps for Android and iOS.
