La investigación que se presenta, es de carácter interdisciplinario dado que intervienen
áreas como la psicología, la educación y la salud, se orienta a la autogestión de los aprendizajes y
busca información que permita a los profesores ser más asertivos en sus roles y funciones tiene
por objeto mostrar algunos factores, que inciden en la calidad de vida de los estudiantes tales
como la salud general, otro de los factores que se estudia es la vitalidad, se indaga también sobre
el estrés, y la ansiedad, conjuntamente con los factores o elementos antes mencionados se
investiga el aprendizaje, finalmente y no menos importante se incluye a la familia como un factor
previsiblemente incidente en la calidad de vida.
