STUDENT MOBILITY - THE STRATEGIC ELEMENT FOR THE INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN: THE CASE OF THE SOCIAL SCIENCES FACULTY AT THE AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY OF SINALOA. Facing globalization in college education, the proper follow up to institutional strategies, will improve student’s mobility in a national and international context, this as a result of ensuring the quality in the professional development of the students. Mobility, it’s a prime strategy in education policy today, a variety of similar models have arise around the world, college internationalization requires a standard model, therefore, college relations with countries in America, from the south to the north and even in European countries it´s of the out most importance . With innovative interchange student programs such as “ Cosortium for North American Student Exchange Program (CONAHEC), this type of relations help to achieve institutional goals. The Social Sciences Faculty of UAS University (Autonomous University of Sinaloa), it’s a clear example of the struggle of Mexican Universities in their search for internationalization, the results of the participation of this institution in student’s mobility programs that promotes the professional development of the students it’s only measured by its accomplishments when compared with other cultures.
