and my weekly newsletter Daring to Transcend. I also work with women one-on-one and in small, intimate groups to coach and guide them to make the impact they long to make.
~Describe something our readers today can look forward to discovering in your book, Discovering Power:
One of the big dilemmas that the heroine, who is an IT executive, faces is how much responsibility she has for the emotional well-being of her teams. She’s in her own emotional turmoil because decisions are being made above her that she doesn’t agree with. But she’s been taught that leaders are to be stoic and calm, not showing their emotions. She knows her teams are hurting, she’s hurting, but what can or should she really do about it?
We are thrilled to introduce you to Karen Ann!
