Abstract
This essay aims to mix the contributions that effective decision-making
gives us from the context of intelligent organizations in primary schools, as well
as what is established by the author Senge (2005), in his book entitled The
Fifth Discipline, art and the practice in the organization open to learning, where
it leads us to learn to see reality with new eyes, allows us to detect certain laws
that lead us to understand and manage it with the current changes in society.
That is why smart organizations are considered a process, not a condition that
establishes strategies and is oriented through planning, not improvisation,
where effective decision making can be promoted and extended for the benefit
of the institutional collective. In other words, it can be said that intelligent
organizations from an elementary school perspective originate broad elements
of information for the entire institutional group, voluntarily and among other
things, allows to reach effective decision making using the implementation of
strategies organizational measures appropriate to the educational sector for
the benefit and achievement of organizational objectives.
