generates collective bargaining agreements, whose beneficiaries are students,
teachers and institutions.
It is still customary to find in the universities, those teachers who work

this formula is appropriate for them, mainly to protect their teaching resources
that nobody questions, and that they will have taken A long time to elaborate,
however, it is also common for those resources to be the least updated.
In contrast to the above, in the spectrum of research, it is very unusual
