Corporate Identity and Organizational Values , from an Advanced Leadership
Abstract
At present , organizations are always in search of transformations that allow them to reach the achievement of the objectives and goals as well as their success in all their areas and functions , together with the most important elements , the set of human beings . that make active life within the respective organizations . In this sense , it is necessary to strengthen corporate identity and organizational values from advanced leadership , where it represents a relevant interpersonal influence . The present research establishes as its main purpose : to generate a reflexive theoretical analysis regarding corporate identity and organizational values from advanced leadership . The study was based on a qualitative approach through a documentary methodology of a bibliographic nature , the information was obtained through the bibliographic review with their respective organization and analysis , the results were obtained by triangulating the precepts presented by the different authors and the thoughtful opinion of the researcher . In this sense , the identity of any organization is reinforced by the values present in the company , through the beliefs , philosophy and culture of the people who integrate it , all this guided by an advanced leadership that promotes changes for the success of it .
