Teacher ' s Speech as Transformational Leader
Abstract
This article aims to build a theoretical construct on teacher discourse as a transformational leader and therefore pursues as purposes conceptualize teacher discourse as a transformational leader , analyze their particulars , categorize and describe their characteristic elements . The research was carried out within the qualitative epistemic approach , under the hermeneutical method , descriptive and documentary , making use of the critical abstraction of the subject . Within the findings , theoretical constructs were developed about the teacher as a transformational leader , the teacher ' s discourse as a transformational leader , its particularities and characteristic elements . The intention of the article is based on provoking theoretical reflections and practical actions with the intention of linking teachers with new management theories , in order to improve the routine practice in which education is immersed .
