Abstract
The present work focuses on: evaluation of the teaching professional
performance of an initial education center in circuit 03-04-13 of Cuenca city,
period 2018; the objective of the research was to determine teaching
professional performance of initial education "Ciudad de Cuenca", period 2018,
Center through a descriptive study, with the purpose of establishing the quality
of the education provided. They participated in the research level 14 teachers,
76 parents, to which the survey was applied. On the other hand, the
investigation of the scientific basis, linked to educational quality, was carried
out; what favored in expanding the knowledge of the subject investigated.
Finally, the triangulation between the bibliographic review, the experience of
the authors and the results of the data collection, issuing conclusions of the
professional performance of the teacher of initial level in the IEC "Ciudad de
Cuenca" the quality of education is level 3, equals to satisfactory, subject on
which a educating proposal was made.
