positioning themselves as integral professionals towards the construction,
development and advancement of society. So this philosophical and theoretical
perspective, expressed by Galvis (2016):
That humanity lives today in large part is due to significant
advances in information and communication technologies. The
great changes that characterize this new society are: the
generalization of the use of technologies, communication
networks, rapid technological and scientific development and
the globalization of information (p. 7).
In this way, it arises from the systematic observation by the authors who
live in the international community, who have shown how these structures arise
and are sustained over time. In this context, universities are opening up,
creating conditions to transform the productivity and sustainability of
researchers, promoting the creation of research lines, program development,
digital publications, resources and instructional media, technological innovation
resources in Distance Education, university extension chairs, collaborative
research projects and social action demonstrating the diversification of
