service and type of leadership in the organizational climate of educational
communities. He wonders about the influence that the type of leadership has
on the behavior of the members, if interpersonal relationships are better
between ladies or between men, if the perception of the weather is better in
younger teachers than by older teachers years of service and the objective was
formulated to determine how the factors, gender and seniority of the members
of two school communities influence and the type of leadership exerted by the
management team, in the organizational climate of two educational
establishments of the educational administration system of San Charles. The
methodology used was the documentary review and comparison, which is why
it is part of the qualitative studies. It is concluded that gender is not a relevant
factor in the type of climate; on the other hand, the years of service, the real
climate is very far from the expected real one; The biggest difference between
the real climate and the expected ideal is in the high school that predominates
the type of Leadership defined as Laissez Faire.
