THE STAGE OF ADOLESCENCE
Adolescence is essentially a time of change, a stage that in addition to marking the process of transformation of the child into an adult, promotes the discovery of identity, as well as individual autonomy. In this period, we experiment physical growth and phychological development, therefore, in this stage it is increasingly difficult as it implies more expenses and be sufficient for the stereotypes of society.
We can see that in this stage both the teenager and parents face tense situations or bewilderment. of reorganization of relations. Both the identification: starts with the shaping of the self by other people, but the information of the adolescence synthesizes earlier the identificaction with in a new psychological structure.
We can also see that in adolescence, it is the time of life where you can feel strong emotions as well as frequent confrontations between the younger generation and that of adults. For example, physical changes appear after ten or eleven years in a women and a litter later in men. Due to the speed of body transformation, many teenagers are concerned about their appearance and need to be reassured.
Finally we can see that all this growth, uses a lot of energy, which could have to do with the need to sleep more. The late rising of teenagers irritates parents but is not the product of laziness of their children, but of hormonal and physical causes, it is important to keep in mind that each subject develops at a different place. In addition to the rapid physical developments, great emotional changes are produced that although positive, can sometimes be confusing and uncomfortable for adults and for the subject.
To conclude all the above, we can say that being a teenager is not easy because in this stage we are discovering who we are, we are entering a society with rules to be accepted and we must learn to take them without affecting us. It is also a stage in the one that your social circle closes and obviously you are experiencing changes, some more notorious than others but after all this part of adolescence that is why I invite you to live adolescence and not be carried away by difficulties of this stage so this is a process of transformation and we need to overcome the obstacles that this entails.
