HEALTHY HABITS
It is so much important that the adolescents have healthy habits in all their aspects, since what they eat daily, for do not have problems in their body, do regular exercise, for have a good body image and not to be a sedentary person, and control their emotions, in order to avoid all types of conflicts with family or Friends and live more happy daily, all of this focused in which teenagers have a longer and healthy life.
Firstly, it is so much important to say that a healthy and balanced diet is so much important in adolescents life, to prevent problems like alimentary disorders or worst situations, suffer obesity or clogging in their veins because the levels of fat in the body and the low defenses in the body. A clear example of the problems that can occur is that a person do not have a balanced and healthy diet can get fat easily and then suffer obesity and that disease cause in a person decrease of self-esteem, Arteriosclerosis, hypertension and sometimes leads to death.
In second instant, it is important to talk about the exercise, the exercise is so much important in our body because increase your self-esteem, eliminates substances harmful for the body, and helps to control the body weight, because for example, a person who exercise their body regular like 3 or 4 times in a week is constantly burning fat and that make that he has a minimum probability of have problems like obesity that increase the risk of death.
As a third point, is fundamental to talk about the control of emotions and feelings in a person, because the people are humans and we feel things and not all the times are good emotions like happiness, loving, peaceful or hopeful always a human feel bad things like sadness, rage or to be worry and this emotions can make that the person hurt herself or commit suicide.
In conclusion to have a healthy life in all their aspects, you need to follow a list of habits that will help you to live healthy not only in the aspects of your body image. Always in your health and your affectivity part. That is why everyone is invited to take care of himself, to eat healthy and have good habits, and to not have bad habits like smoke that affect and destroy your organism and in a future will be worst.
