FOOD DISEASES
In the present, more teenagers are having food diseases. This because many and varied reasons. The food diseases can be for eat more than what our body needs or asks or for not consume the necessary nutrients that needs our body to be healthy and energized or simply for not consume food. For this, it is important to be informed about this problematic in the actually.
There may be many reasons for a teenager have eating problems these can be because some trauma generated in the childhood, because stress, because bad habits etc; The only thing that is certain is that all these things bring many problems in daily life, for example, the people that suffer this, can be gave depression, problems of self esteem, problems in the society, with Friends, whith the people who are whith them. And this can be generate the worst consequence that is the suicide, which is currently in people with this kind of problems.
Food diseases can be divided for the people that not eat, the people that eat more than they body need and the people that have binge eating and then vomit. You can identify sometimes easily and sometimes difficult because if the disease they eat and then vomit (called bulimia) is more difficult to detect than people who do note eat (called anorexia).
For this reason, is neccesary to give a lot of attention to the teenagers because although adults think that they are fine or that they problems are fools may come to present some of these diseases.
Food problems are increasingly appearing in Young people today this is due to the lack of attention from family members, problems at school or problems whith their Friends. It is said that more than 70% people, have eating disorders and 50% of these, present adolescents since they are more likely to suffer from these, either because of environment they are around or because tehy are easy to influence. So we should have more awareness about this issue, we should have a greater amount of information to help us prevent these an
d allow us to help, it we see that someone suffers that diseases.
For all this, we should have a greater awareness about this issue, be more informed, and do not evade or think that this will never happen in our cases, do not think that everything is under control because this is 100 porcent real, and definitely, do not think that this diseases only are in the television or of people outside our circle, because nobody is out of this, all until the nearest, can suffer these diseases.
The best thing in these cases is to keep ourselves correctly informed and prevent these, having a balanced feeding life, exercising and performing daily checks with a doctor or nutritionist, if you wants to have a better diet with respect to the needs of our body.
