cada una de las personas de la organización. Sólo así
será posible implantar la innovación de una forma
consolidada y sobretodo sostenible en el tiempo
Los equipos de proyectos serán los encargados de
ejecutarlos, para su funcionamiento usarán una estructura matricial por proyecto. Ver Figura 6
A continuación se desarrollará la estructura matricial del proyecto: Desarrollo de productos
existentes y nuevos productos con valor agregado para el mercado.
