Interior Decoration
Fancy does not do well in Xizhou. Keep it simple, tables and
chairs. No table or chair covers. Menus can be as simple as a
piece of paper, laminated to be fancy.

Signs
Depending on the area, you may or may not want to have a sign
with English outside of your restaurant. Many restaurants in
areas with a heavy flow of tourists choose to have a sign with
Chinese and English. This is so the tourists feel more welcome
there, and they have an easier time recommending it to their
friends.
