Do I Need One?
This was one of the hardest things to find out while going about
my research, as I got exact opposite answers from everyone I
talked to. Some people say that you need one if you are a
foreign restaurant, some say you do not need one at all. Others
say that you only need one if you are a cart. From all of this, I
have put together the acceptable answer. You can get one if
you want to. There have been no instances where the
government officers come around and check if people have one
or not. If you are planning to be a restaurant that caters to
tourists, it is good to get a license because you can then go on
to get an environmentally friendly license.

How Do I Apply for One?
You can go to any police station or local government office and
ask, and they will give you the paperwork that is needed.

Impacting Factors
From what I have heard, some people say that if you are a
restaurant that caters to foreigners, the government will take
their time when processing your application. Another woman
said that they take their time if you do not have a place for
people to sit down. Really what I have gathered is that the
government takes their time when processing these matters.
