Catering to an Audience
One thing important to determine is, who is your audience?
This is important to determine because if you cater to one or
another, your restaurant will get more of that crowd. For
example, there is a coffee shop in Si Fang Jie (shown below),
which obviously caters to foreigners. This is because the locals
do not drink coffee.
