Coming up with Ideas
Some people start a restaurant because they have ideas for food
that they want to share with the world. Others want to start a
restaurant so they go to cooking school. Both are very viable
options when starting a restaurant in Xizhou. If you chose to
use the recipes that you know, do not be offended if you have
to tweak them when presenting to a larger more public
audience. There are many cooking schools scattered around
China, but you can also pay almost any local chef to teach you
how to cook.

Tools to Cook
Scattered around Xizhou are several stores selling cooking
supplies. You can really just start with the basic wok (¥45-55)
and giant pot (¥30), and expand once you see what you need.
