The 46% of the population studied until primary and 26% have no studies, these two variables are predominant in families, which represents a great risk factor, which in turn generated a greater impact on the future. The low academic level difficult among other things, the obtaining of decent employment, which economically affected the families, under the social and cultural circumstances in which they were unrolled for the time of the victimizing facts and that currently keep.
