Refers to extrajudicial executions as the murder of a person by a State agent, which generates one even greater impact, by the meaning that represents the loss of a loved one in the hands of people who should protect and serve the community. This product creates distrust by the institutions of the State, in turn preventing the complaint by fear to retaliation them from the perpetrators. In this way meets a double violation; the loss of the loved one and the impossibility of denouncing.
As any act that violates human rights generates instability in different areas of the family, causing recurrent nightmares about the fact, accompanied by feeling of despair, helplessness and guilt of the survivor. Family living for a long time with these emotions extending involvement, impeding the development of the families or persons who compose them.
