• Invite Traditional Owners of the relevant areas to participate in NQ Dry Tropics training opportunities , field days , and workshops .

• Investigate funding options to review and update the Burdekin Dry Tropics Caring for Country Plan .

• Continue to provide support that encompasses appropriate Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property protocols for gathering

and recording Cultural knowledge of Country . Regionally host the Traditional Owner Cultural Knowledge Database , developed by Environmental Systems Solutions , and provide an annual refresher update for Traditional Owner representatives .

Collaborate with organisations such as , for example , universities , to support development of pathways and education opportunities .

• Provide work experience opportunities ( high school and university ) within NQ Dry Tropics .
