This scrumptious mashed potato substitute is super easy , tasty and gluten-free .
Paleo Garlic Mashed NO-TATOES
Serving Size : 10 | Prep Time : 5 minutes | Cook Time : 10 minutes
• 2 large cauliflower heads chopped
• 1 / 4 cup grass-fed butter or regular butter
• 1 teaspoon salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
• 2 cloves garlic minced
Instructions

Wash chopped cauliflower florets and steam until tender . |

Place cauliflower , butter , salt , pepper , chives and garlic in a food processor . |

Pulse until mostly smooth and consistent . Scrape the sides as needed . |
