Turkey Italian Meatloaf and Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

1 pound of Lean Ground Turkey
3 Whole Omega-3 Eggs
3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasonings
3 Tbsp Almond Meal
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Jar of marinara sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients except the marinara sauce and
create a loaf pour marinara sauce over it. Place it in the oven. Allow it to cook for
about 1 hour or until cooked through the center.
