Day#5, Friday Meal# Recipe The Wonder Bowl Breakfast ½ -1 Cup of Lowl Fat Cottage Cheese 1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder (flavor of choice) 2 Tbsp Flax Meal Directions: Mix ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!
