Nuclear power has always been an issue, there’s too much power being confined, and when that power runs out of room for storage, it will need a new place to be stored, or it will have to be released. And that is exactly the case here. Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant has an ongoing battle with the cracking foundations leaking toxic waste, there being too much nuclear waste in general, as well as the continuous struggle with safety. The japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary claims that the dumping was “unavoidable” and that the water was most likely contaminated while cooling the nuclear fuel rods. (1)
