Question Framing - The five āPāsā
Problem: What problem am I solving? What problems does the customer
have? What jobs do we get done for customers?
Purpose (or Passion): What is our purpose / reason to exist? What drives
our growth engine? What am I most passionate about in the business? What
gives me chills thinking about the future possibilities?
Positioning: What segment of the market can I compete well? What
positioning will I take in the market? How are my competitors positioning
their offers currently? What positioning provides me with the most unique
opportunities?
Profit: What early stage targets are realistic? What long term level of
profitability can I achieve?
Play: How will we compete? What strategies will we adopt
