2014, by which time it is envisaged a new process will be ready for implementation. No appraisals will be necessary during this time and those whose appraisal was due or overdue effectively have an amnesty— Leadership Qualifications or appointments will not become invalid or expired for this reason. By February 2014, a replacement process for monitoring the great Guiding we offer will be ready for implementation.
Interim Leader Reviews
Interim Leader Reviews will continue to be conducted 6 months after appointment to a new role.( This may not necessarily be the same date as completion of Leadership Qualification.)
These newly-implemented reviews will be conducted by the appropriate Leader of Adults.
Role Currency
State Offices will now be responsible for monitoring the currency of Working with Children / Police checks, first aid qualifications, etc., and will follow up with individuals.
