2014 , by which time it is envisaged a new process will be ready for implementation . No appraisals will be necessary during this time and those whose appraisal was due or overdue effectively have an amnesty — Leadership Qualifications or appointments will not become invalid or expired for this reason . By February 2014 , a replacement process for monitoring the great Guiding we offer will be ready for implementation .
Interim Leader Reviews
Interim Leader Reviews will continue to be conducted 6 months after appointment to a new role . ( This may not necessarily be the same date as completion of Leadership Qualification .)
These newly-implemented reviews will be conducted by the appropriate Leader of Adults .
Role Currency
State Offices will now be responsible for monitoring the currency of Working with Children / Police checks , first aid qualifications , etc ., and will follow up with individuals .
