GENERAL
RENEWAL OF CLUB AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES
a. PWGA Reps will receive a letter in late August from the PWGA office detailing specific
instructions and the CLUB RENEWAL FORM to fill out with the NEW officers and
addresses for the coming year.
b. The renewal period is from October 1st through October 31st. A $5 late fee will be assessed
to any club whose renewal form is not submitted within the prescribed time. Dues for
renewing member clubs is $40 annually, the amount of dues for new clubs is $50. If, for
some reason, you do not receive the renewal form, please contact the PWGA Office no
later than October 1st.
c. Individual membership dues are charged for the new-year based on the list of club
members at the end of the last revision date in December. This billing is sent to clubs from
the PWGA office in Mid January. Deletions of members who are not renewing for the
coming year should be made by December 15th. New members for the coming year may
be added any time after December 1st.
d. Deletions should be done by the Handicapper of your club in conjunction with you, the
PWGA Rep and the club Treasurer. They should be done on the computer at the golf
course or via the GHP Online (Handicap Chair’s website).
e. When the club Treasurer receives the quarterly billing, she should check with her officers
and make sure that any errors are corrected. The invoice, payment and an explanation of
any changes to it should be sent to the PWGA office. Changes in membership type or any
members who should be deleted must be taken care of by the Handicapper. Any members
added in January will not be billed until the April billing. PWGA bills member clubs for
individual membership 4 times a year (January, April, July and November).
