2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the“ ISPA Members Only” link. Log on with your e-mail address and password. Should you need a reminder of your login information, e-mail ispa @ ispastaff. com.
3. Under“ Education & Resources,” select“ Free Member Benefits.”
4. Under“ Research to Help Your Business,” click on“ ISPA U. S. 2011 Spa Industry Study.”
5. Click on“ Access it now!” to view or download the study.
The Big Five
Every year as part of the industry study, ISPA releases the“ Big Five” statistics. These statistics illustrate the year-to-year variance between five major topics within the spa industry: Revenue, spa visits, locations, total employees and square footage.
