SPA is truly appreciative of the loyalty and engagement
from members and their interactive role in making ISPA
what it is today. More than 70 members volunteered their
time and expertise this past membership year to ensure ISPA
met members’ needs. The 2012-2013 membership year is set to
be another exciting one with Conference in October and many
added and evolving benefits for ISPA members to utilize.
2012-2013 Renewals
ISPA’s new membership year will begin July 1. Make sure to
renew before then to seamlessly continue to access member
benefits. Members who renew before June 15 will be entered
into a drawing for a new iPad. Visit experienceispa.com to
renew your membership today. If you have questions about
benefits or would like to add employees to your account, call

While renewing, it’s a great time to update your groups’
information in the ISPA member directory. Our directory
houses valuable information for other members to see including products sold, services performed, location and spa type.
The information a company provides is essential to being
pulled in searches when spa professionals and consumers
search for a spa or vendor based on their needs and preferences. Share your company’s expertise and offerings with
business partners and consumers in the ISPA member directory
to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
Follow these easy steps to update your member profile:
1. Go to experienceispa.com.
2. On the upper right-hand corner, click Login.
3. When prompted, type your email address and password.
4. Click Manage Your Account.
5. Under the “Members Only” box on the left-hand corner, select Products and Services.
